• Built in early 1900s. Very rare. About 200 were made originally of which there are about 125 still in existence.
• Originally purchased by Al Henry Jewellers at 118 West State St. Rockford Illinois in 1906. Read Al E. Henry's original testimonial.
• Later owned by Anger Jewellers also in Rockford.
• Completely restored to its original condition.
• Accurate to within 1 minute per month.
• It is 18 feet tall and made of cast iron weighing about 2100 pounds.
• Comes complete with the original 8-day, manually wound, mechanical weight-driven movement but can be adapted to support an electric movement
• Double Roman Numeral Dial
• Don't be fooled by reproductions. They are made of aluminium and they do not hold their value. This original is made of cast iron and it will continue to appreciate with age.
• These clocks were only purchased by high-end jewellers or any business that wanted to make a serious statement.
